1. Overview

With the qualification of ISO / IEC 17020 inspection organization, Beitong inspection is an import and export commodity inspection and appraisal organization. It can provide various kinds of inspection services according to relevant standards and customer entrustment, so as to ensure that the product quality meets the customer's order requirements and help customers reduce and eliminate the import risk of goods quality as far as possible.

2. Service content

(1) Inspection and field service

Beitong testing can provide customers with inspection and on-site service covering the whole process.

① Factory audit / supplier audit

Auditors visit the factory to conduct a comprehensive audit, including working environment, production situation, equipment, instruments, production process, quality management system and production capacity, and issue an evaluation report. At the same time, we provide supplier audit services to verify the supplier's information, qualification and license according to customer requirements.

② Pre production inspection

Pre production inspection is mainly for high-risk products or high-value orders. Inspect the quality of raw materials, accessories, accessories, semi-finished products and finished products, and verify that the products are consistent with the customer's samples and specifications. Check the quantity of raw materials, production plan, production status, production capacity, production technology and quality personnel arrangement.

③ Mid production inspection

The mid production inspection is usually arranged at about 10-20% of the mass production. Inspectors inspect finished and semi-finished products and point out possible defects in production. This kind of service can help customers and suppliers to find out possible defects as soon as possible and correct them in the early stage of production.

④ Fri / psi

Inspection at the end of production / inspection before delivery usually requires 100% completion of production and at least 80% completion of packaging. The inspector shall conduct random sampling according to the standard, and check whether the quantity, style, color, size, specification, handwork, appearance, function, packaging and identification meet the customer's requirements.

⑤ Production supervision (resident inspection)

Inspectors as customer representatives in the factory, inspectors daily inspection of the production line products, and submit daily quality inspection report to customers. Once the quality problem is detected, the inspector will discuss with the manufacturer to help find out the improvement and solution.

⑥ 100% full inspection

The service is mainly for special batches or high-value products for full inspection, select defective products. Separate the defective products from the qualified ones and rework or destroy them.

⑦ Loading supervision service

Before container loading, the inspector arrives at the designated container loading place to confirm the container loading environment, container status and information, check the information, style and quantity of the delivered products to meet the customer's requirements, supervise the container loading process and method, and submit photos and records.

(2) Value added services
