RoHS solution

The Directive 2002 / 95 / EC (RoHS directive), which came into effect on July 1, 2006, is a "green revolution" in the electronic industry. Through this directive, people began to pay attention to the control of hazardous substances in electronic products for the first time. With the deepening understanding of the directive, the revision of the directive has also been put on the agenda. Rohs2.0 (2011 / 65 / EU), which came into effect on July 21, 2011, further revised the scope of control and exemption, and listed hbcdd, DEHP, DBP and BBP in the list of priority control. From January 3, 2013, rohs2.0 will replace RoHS and enforce it.

Our services:

According to the regulations, the maximum allowable concentration of restricted substances in all homogeneous materials of electronic and electrical products under ROHS directive is 100 ppm for cadmium, 1000 ppm for lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers, respectively. We can provide ROHS testing and issue corresponding reports.

We can provide RoHS XRF rapid scanning method, which is a fast, non-contact non-destructive analysis method, which can preliminarily screen RoHS restricted substances in products, and then conduct wet chemical quantitative detection for screened high-risk materials.

We can also provide RoHS restricted substance testing services in sb20 / 50 of the United States, ab1109 of California, h.r.2420 of China, measures for pollution control of electronic information products and other countries.
