VDE certification

VDE testing and Certification Institute, located in Offenbach, Germany, is a research institute affiliated to the German Association of Electrical Engineers (VDE), founded in 1893. As a neutral and independent organization, VDE laboratories carry out inspection and certification of electrical products in accordance with German VDE national standards or European EN standards, or IEC International Electrotechnical Commission standards. In many countries, the VDE certification mark is even more famous than the national certification mark, especially recognized and valued by importers and exporters.

In China, the diversified export direction of electrical products makes importers in Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and other regions put forward safety certification and CE mark requirements such as GS (Germany), BEAB (UK), IMQ (Italy). In the process of certification, most complete machine manufacturers break these requirements into parts and require their suppliers of electrical safety parts to ensure a high level of safety certification mark, which is also the external reason why more and more parts manufacturers hope to obtain the VDE mark.
